Your Comment # 18 gave excellent observation of optics factory fire. Prior to Invasion in to Ukraine a Russia optics factory existed in Ukraine providing wide-range of lens for various weapons.
I am personally am very satisfied to see the Russian underground sabotaging Putin’s on-going war.
