Some blacks do fit that description, but not all of them.

I understand that there are some good black people. But unfortunately, I feel that we are at a point where it would better to incentivize all blacks to move to their own sovereign homeland in sub-Saharan Africa. We can make a deal with Liberia or Ghana, and they can move there.

They can do all the twerking and drive-by shootings to their hearts' content over there.
