I don’t see why if he admitted choking her to unconscious, not calling for professional medical help and she died, they don’t just have sentencing? why bail, etc etc when he admits causing the harm that killed her?
Yes.
And has happened before and chronicled in past true crime books, wimpy prosecutors may settle for plea deal on desecration of a corpse or abuse of one.
Let’s hope not.
He has to officially make those statements in a courtroom, and plead guilty in official Court proceedings. Then his sentencing will happen after that at some point.
