As a general rule, a prosecutor can’t establish criminality unless he demonstrates criminal intent. For that reason, Special Counsel Jack Smith is trying to establish that President Trump knew for a fact that he had lost the election. I have a problem with Smith’s reasoning because, to this day, I am certain that Trump did not lose the election. Here is some of the evidence.
Strange ballots in Fulton County
A review of Fulton County’s 147,000 mail-in paper ballots has been continuously blocked by the Georgia Secretary of State. However, a diligent nonprofit organization (VoterGA.org) managed to get some low-resolution ballot images of Fulton’s ballots. The findings are astonishing, and entirely verifiable:
1. In Georgia, every scanned ballot has to produce two files: an image file (.tif) and an authentication file (.sha). Those two files are produced simultaneously. Yet, for more than 16,000 ballots, the authentication files were made hours or even days after the image files. How is that possible?
2. 17,724 final certified recount presidential votes have no image (.tif) files. They have no support whatever. This appears to be another impossibility because the image is needed to create a “cast vote record,” which is needed to tabulate the vote. It is possible that Fulton County discovered a ballot shortage in the recount. Rather than concede that Trump may have won, someone stuffed 17,000 paper ballots into cardboard boxes. However, the person didn’t make a scanned image of each ballot because the dates on the scans would have revealed the hoax.
3. 132,284 mail-in ballot images (.tif files) cannot be authenticated due to missing .sha files. Those are just three of the 15 findings that were itemized by VoterGA. P.S. With regard to my #32, there were massive irregularities in 2020, and very possibly enough to change the outcome. But that has to be proven in court, and Trump’s lawyers got blown out of every court in which they brought a case. The biggest problem in 2020, as most of us agree, is that the democrats used covid to upend established law and improvise an election which was wide open not only to cheating but to vote harvesting, which the dems have now essentially legalized. That will ultimately be the end of legitimate elections. And now Trump’s position is that Republicans need to go all in on vote harvesting — which means we have to learn to out-cheat the dems. That is exactly wrong, but Trump right now has us on the path to final surrender.

The tweet, posted at 12:48 a.m. GMT on Nov. 5, 2020, says: “Between 3:40-4:30AM, they “found” 140,000 mail in ballots for Biden in Wisconsin. Between 3:30-5:00AM, they “found” 200,000 mail in ballots for Biden in Michigan. Between 2:00-4:00AM, they “found” 1,000,000 mail in ballots in Pennsylvania. All for Biden. None for Trump.”
From Georgia: “In the early hours of Nov. 5, a surge of some 20,000 mail-in votes suddenly appeared for Joe Biden, while approximately 1,000 votes for President Trump mysteriously disappeared from his own totals in the critical swing state, where Biden holds a razor-thin lead.”
Sure voter fraud during the 2020 election didn’t really happen. Joe won because of 81 million folks voted for him even though he couldn’t draw more than a few thousand to his rallies while Trumps had thousands attend his.

Well let’s see. Was it uncovered that the impeachment cabal knew the Russian collusion was a lie? Did Adam Schiff and his clown crew fight dirty?

Legal complexities that are beyond my grasp.
No it’s not, it’s direct testimony of what she claims she heard Trump say, straight from his mouth. Hearsay would be if she testified that she heard someone say say what Trump said, without actually hearing it herself. But per the article, she heard Trump say it herself:

So what though...what is the crime? A politician saying something privately, in a certain context, and then saying something in another context, that might appear contradictory, is now criminal?
How many politicians can be charged for doing the same?
The only fact that is relevant is that PDJT told the J6 crowd to go ‘peacefully’. If he’d called the crowd to action with the explicit instruction to attack the capitol, that would be different. He did the opposite - regardless of what might or might not have been said elsewhere.
How do you lose something when you know it was stolen.
I think the main one they expect to stick is Interrupting a Federal Proceeding which is what most J6’s got tagged with. I agree Trump said go peacefully, but the main things they seem to have are Trump only called the National Guard out after things got way out of hand, not before to keep order. There’s lots of testimony that instead of trying to end it, he was calling people to taunt them over the phone about what was happening, giving the appearance he was reveling in it.
So in a nutshell he invited up to a million angry people to DC, with no security in place, then delayed calling the national guard while he made phone calls to gloat. I don’t know the exact wording of that law but it doesn’t sound like he was trying to keep things in order.

The counting stopped because Trump was winning in a massive landslide election and they needed time to insert the fraudulent ballots.
Didn’t Pelosi decline the offer for the NG ahead of the event? I’m quite sure they were offered.
As far as possibly calling people to ‘gloat’ - it’s still a ‘so what?’ as that isn’t criminal. He did not ‘call to action’ a riot or insurrection, yet said the opposite.
This case has been engineered to bring forward the proof of fraud.
