So...AIDS patients have to be on a strict drug regimen for HIV to be undetectable for a significant period of time. What studies has the FDA done on the effects of HIV drugs on non-AIDS patients?

If HIV is undetectable due to PrEP meds, I’m pretty sure they can still infect through blood transfer. They figure no big deal; take PrEP. Except, even when on PrEP, HIV causes premature aging of 14 years. Means 14 years knocked off the HIV-infected’s life. Guess since it’s the last 14 years, homosexuals figure NBD.
