From April 2020, I’ve followed the East Virginia Medical School and then the FLCCC Protocols (also Dr. Roger Seheult):
* Quercetin
* zinc
* Vit C
* Vit D
* NAC
* Aspirin
* Melatonin

I kept IVM on hand, but I had only gotten a two-day regimen of tablets. Did not use the “horse paste.” I haven’t used the IVM yet and didn’t use it for this bout. No HCQ.

After starting the protocol, I went over three years without a single respiratory infection whereas I previously would get one or two colds per year.
