Hey, I live in Texas. It’s not that hot here. Moved here from the Portland area about four years ago. And I would walk through the gates of hell before living there again.

I have been here for about six decades. This summer is pretty much what we get 30-40% of the time when we don’t get rain in late June and July. If we do, then it is just a muggy heat. My favorite day of the year is September 1. That means you have survived the blast furnace and football, hockey, and hunting await you.
