Eat healthy, exercise, get good sleep, wash hands, take zinc, magnesium, and Vitamin D.

Throughout the Plandemic, the 'public health' officals at the CDC never passed out free Zinc/Magnesium and Vitamin D. Never taught the public about how much they help. If we HAD a true public health agency, we'd all know whether we, or children, should have them and the circumstances when they must be avoided. Claims for Vitamin D and Zinc were always safer and better for the public than claims made for an 'experimental' 'shot'.
Kids need to be outside in the sunshine rather than hiding out in the dark rooms with their noses in phones.
