The Organic Act of 1871 didn’t transform the USA. Instead it created a corporation, established to govern the United States. Ever since, the regular USA Republic has been unstaffed, with positions unfilled. But the corporation called USA Inc has been fully staffed, effectively overseeing and usurping the sovereignty. That’s the eagle’s eye view. Reading the actual laws gets very thick in the weeds.

So this confirms Jan Halper’s review of Trump stepping out, at the Queen’s wave on, in front of her. He then stopped and she joined him parallel again, before her British troops.
Trump had told Queen Elizabeth he had ended the Corporation payments to England, said Halper.
He presented the end of an era, in both Signal and Substance. Stepping before the Queen is never done. They were both at ease.
