The producer: Todd Rundgren, was one of my favorite songwriters and performers during that era. Todd never achieved the level of widespread fame he deserved, one reason being he loved to change his style from album to album. Not easy to market a performer like that. Todd has become more Liberal as he ages, highly intolerant of anything conservative. In spite of all that, Todd Rundgren will always be a Wizard and a True Star.
I was a big utopia fan years ago.
I think Todd’s dust up with John Lennon may have hurt him in the industry. Although he became a sought after producer. (Even scored dumb & dumber:))
