How can we not afford porta potty’s and water for the street dwellers? All the blighted buildings cannot be transformed into housing?
The military can build something quick in the desert.
Obviously not willing to do anything so my question is why? For more federal dollars to steal? The health hazard to the community allowed is astonishing.
