Taylor Swift does as she's told. It's really quite sad. She's the biggest music star in the world but hasn't got an independent thought in her head. Every move she makes is choreographed by her handlers, and has been for the past 15+ years.

Someday some historian will write a book about this.

And I say this as an absolute fan of her music.

That’s my suspicion as well. And it reminds me of the way Elvis was treated. He could have had a long and very pleasant career. But his handlers just didn’t want that. They had other ideas.

I really like Taylor’s early stuff. And I wish her well. I just hope she can avoid ending up like Elvis did.
