That’s what the statute says. Your feelings are not a determinate when it comes to sentencing. Based on what I could find, I think she will get about 8 years.

Whatever the statute says, that’s what she will be sentenced. I think the video of her showing zero regard for her victim will play a role in upping the sentence towards the max.
