Yes. Personally, I hate being surrounded by urban ugliness. I think tagging should be a capital offense, and anyone caught in the act should be shot on sight, by anyone who sees them. But that’s just me.

Tagging, if gang related, should be a serious offense. Won’t happen in Seattle though.
Even years ago when I used to listen to the Seattle police scanner they would reference gang-banger corners for directions - but not do anything about the gangs hanging out.
Of course most cops have the “usual suspects”. What is it - 5% of the people do 80% of the crime?
