That's what I remember. His comedy was never my cup o tea, just too silly and goofy. However, I've read many times his Playhouse was good for the kids because he often promoted good values in his episodes. He should have just rented a video tape and done his thing privately.
So funny and so sad. I loved me some PeeWee, he was always inspiring.
He was in a Cheech and Chong film, too, and the Buffy movie.
