Not sure about that. California has voting machines, ballot harvesting, and mail in ballots.
Every election there are allegations of massive vote fraud.
And the politicians are majority corrupt Rat.
The whole state is the same as a corrupt third world country.
After Schwarzenegger beat Davis in the 2002 recall election Democrats said “That’s enough of that!” There hasn’t been a fair election since - and now they are taking the perfected tactics national.
