Adoptive mother, husband charged with murder of 5-year-old PA son whose brain was ‘obliterated’
The adoptive mother of a 5-year-old Pennsylvania boy who died in February and her husband were both arrested and charged with the boy’s murder last week after doctors said he showed signs of horrific abuse and torture.
Lauren and Jacob Maloberti, of Delmont, were slapped with criminal homicide for the Feb. 7 death of little Landon Maloberti on Thursday, the Westmoreland County District Attorney announced.
“Landon had blunt force trauma to his head and neck, blunt force trauma to his torso, and blunt force trauma to his extremities,” Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole Ziccarelli said at a press conference announcing the charges.
The couple brought the bruise-covered child to the hospital on Jan. 30 after he lost consciousness.
The boy died about a week later, according to Ziccarelli’s office.
Little Landon suffered “severe child abuse” that left him unable to stand, eat or drink at the hands of his adoptive family.
The parents then launched a now-defunct GoFundMe campaign that raised more than $5,000 for the child’s funeral costs, investigators said.
A doctor at UPMC Children’s Hospital said the 5-year-old suffered three brain bleeds and his brain was “obliterated,” according to a criminal complaint obtained by WPXI-TV.

It is happening a lot and in my opinion it’s because of the dehumanization of children by the left and these lunatics buy right into it.
There will be more of it. Perhaps they need to be adopted by the Amish and Mormons.

I really don’t get adopting a child and hating him...admit trouble, ask for help. Admit failure, give him back.

One irony is the adoptive father is a corrections officer. He will get to view the bars from the other side now. I don’t think the inmates will take kindly to him either.
This poor kid’s life was an absolute horror show ...the “mom” and “dad” texted each other about how much they hated the boy. I can’t wrap my mind around someone adopting a child and then hating the child and even talking about killing him.
Unless they just adopted him to virtue signal about being adoptive parents.
And they have kids of their own... who saw all this and didn’t try to tell anyone...
Guy is a corrections officer...wife looks like she spends all of her time on herself, hair dye, tats and even eyebrows...who has that many kids and even has time for eyebrows?
How does anybody hate a little five-year-old boy and do such grievous harm to him? What monsters are these people who were supposed to love and protect that little guy?

Exception to the rule. If the choice was between them and white trash I’d go with the sect. White trash can pass on the screwed-up genes and the new parents might not be prepared to deal with it.

How many churches out there? Each could take in one newborn and adopt it. It takes a village-heard it somewhere.
