I noticed the sarcasm and the detailed (and logical) analysis of the negative Public Relations Consequences of Russian military actions, Diplomatic actions and Russian Officials speech.

On the other hand there was little similar analysis of Ukraine Military actions, and none of the Diplomatic actions and Ukrainian Officials speech.

That could be personal bias, or an admission of Western media's bias, or fear of offending western propagandists.

Certainly the lack of similar analysis for Ukraine is telling, he is too smart to not have figured out that Ukraine's actions have similar negative Public Relations Consequences, they are just not reported in the West.
