Hey, ransomnote here on FR just recently started a thread wherein he cited some Russian blogger saying that the US is drugging Ukrainian troops to turn them into inhuman monsters who rape and torture and kill women and children and POWs. Maybe he got the story wrong, and it was actually about Russia, and not about the US.

I’m including him in this reply, in order to give him a chance to clear it up.
