I remember, not long ago, when a ‘Frisco cop nailed a wanted man when he referred under questioning to ‘Frisco as ‘Frisco.
“ No one in ‘Frisco refers to ‘Frisco as ‘Frisco” the cop said.
Would have been funnier than hell if the family had said, “Frisco PD”? How the hell did we get into California?”
