Was the Secret Service there?
Maybe the Secret Service was busy hiding the family drug stash.
How far were they from Chapaquiddick?
Did the paddle board strike a 1968 Olds Delmont?
The Obamas were at their home on the island, so the SS would have been as well. There would have been no need for the chef to be on site if they weren't. They've finally admitted they were there at the time of the drowning. The fact that the identify of the person that sat on a paddle board and watched the guy drown, is being kept top secret, leads me to believe it was an Obama or Robinson family member. Why else would their identity be off-limits?
