Is structural racism is supposedly built in racism...the idea that it is practically part of our DNA? ..whereas systemic racism is where all the institutions are racist in order to keep the black man down?
Underlying it all, is the idea that we are all racist
Yet are morally obligated to act an an “anti racist” manner in order to benefit blacks.
They would be flummoxed if we just said “no” and stopped caring.
