I think that will come when Hunter and his lawyers return to court for the amended filing of the plea deal. Hunter has testified before the court that he has been drug and alcohol free since 2019. The amended plea deal includes total sobriety for a number of years. The key to the deal is that Hunter must plead GUILTY to the charges. Failing a random drug or alcohol test means the deal is immediately broken and Hunter goes to sentencing.
