"The baby-faced suspect, whose name wasn’t released because he is a minor, has been charged with attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon Why not release the photo and the name of the animal? He made the decision to ruin his life for attempted murder. By protecting his name and photo, you allow no consequences. He may be innocent until proven guilty but his actions should have consequence.
