This is stupid. Special pleading for girl’s sports where the main issue is denial of reality enforced by the courts with no justification whatsoever.
The only law Congress needs to pass is the Biology Affirmation Act, that states that for identification purposes and for engaging other public services, your sex is the sex you were born with, and that whatever self-presentation you choose will not affect the way the State recognizes or identifies you.

I’m afraid that’s not enough, since the Obama and Biden administrations expanded the definition of the word “sex” in federal anti-discrimination laws to include first “sexual orientation”, and now “gender identity”. The courts have already allowed the first expansion, and I have no confidence they won’t allow the second.
So really Congress needs to pass another law, let’s call it the “Words Mean Things” law, which says “When we say “sex” in a law, it only means “sex” and not whatever definitions someone wants to expand that word to later”.
Im for such an act. However since democrats cannot identify what a woman is now in 2023, we’re not going to get it passed.
On a serious note, modern women have pushed all this perversion and derided anyome opposed to it. Now that they feel uncomfortable now they demand exemptions from the perversion they’ve been in favor of the last 50+ years.
