Close Zelensky pal Gov. Official MP 'Yuriy Aristov' enjoying the beaches and fine dinning ....though there's a ban on officials leaving the country...while men of a fighting age need special permission to do so.

In total, Aristov was abroad for a month and a half from June 5 to July 22.
