Pending home sales crash almost 15%, with no growth for 24 of the last 25 months

I can’t wait for that to happen here. House prices keep rising to ridiculous levels, partly due to massive immigration numbers, and also because some secret organization is quietly buying up available houses for stupidly high prices (Blackrock?), shutting out first-time home buyers.
Definitely Black Rock. Apparently they “own” Ukraine now. Can’t remember source or details plus I’m dumm with that kind of stuff.
