IMHO-I don’t think it will reach Supremes. Once Jack realizes that Trump’s team will present proof via discovery and calls his witnesses, Jack will drop the charges.
We will see. As I see Jack Smith, he has pushed his ethical abuses to the point of being overturned - and still not admitted error. Besides, the 'Rats are building their case for overthrowing SCOTUS. This would seem to be near the time that Q mentions: would anyone believe their evil treasons (paraphrased) if they didn't see it for themselves?
IMO we on this Q thread are going to have to accept that, so far, our Constitutional Republic is being successfully overthrown; the rule of law is evaporating.
I warned of this possibility way back with Jussie Smollett's bungled case. Consider the possibility that the Obama judge handling the Jan 06 case does not allow the defense to submit evidence of election tampering, etc.
