Most common is CDT - Clostridium perfringens type C and D (overeating disease) and Clostridium tetani (tetanus). I do keep a tetanus antitoxin on hand in case one of my goats gets injured.

A lot of goat owners I network with have never vaccinated their herds. They work to manage overeating disease through feed management. I haven’t vaccinated my goats in 3 years.
