I think such a scenario is certainly possible, but I wouldn’t be too sure any of it would be accomplished with holograms or other technology.

Remember, the beast and the false prophet receive their power from the dragon, and through that power that is given to them, they have the power to work “miracles”. That’s what the Bible says. If they can work “miracles” (obviously of a different nature than what God works, but supernatural nonetheless from our perspective), then what need have they to resort to stage magic a la “The Wizard of Oz”?

If you’ve ever been to a magic show, I think you’ll agree that such tricks are nowhere near sufficient to convince everyone, no matter how spectacular they look or how hard they are to figure out. Yet what the beast and false prophet will work will be sufficient to convince just about everyone except those who are protected by God.

Very well could be outright demons posing as aliens. This is entirely possible. All I know is, when I was a kid, my grandfather, the late (and in my book, great) Reverend David L. Scott use to tell me that the cartoons of my time (HeMan, Thundercats, etc.) were being used to get people used to seeing demons walk the earth.

Didn't know what he meant then, but now that I'm on the verge of 50 & have a more extensive knowledge of the Bible and such, I get it exactly.

Yep. Don’t let so called “miracles,” convince us of anything. They might not be from God. Maybe spiritual wickedness in high places, is trying to condition the world, for some cosmic event. I think fallen angels are behind it.
