What will it take to enable EU to tap into the 1/2$billion in Russian currency held in various EU and US banks to subsidize transport changes caused by Russian bombing?? Should be a no brainer.
Odysee sounds like an interesting service.
Why would Russia blow up a major dam, stupidly cutting off water to Crimea, or threaten to blow up a major nuclear power plant which would probably send radioactive fallout to Russia and their ally Belarus. If the news is accurate, why would they bomb a warehouse storing 60,000 tons of grain scheduled to be sent to China. Aggression is stupid, and these are the results.
