I have to read at least a little, otherwise I’ll get to fretting about things. With a book, I’ll follow a side thought related to what I’m reading, and fall asleep before I know it. Then the Kindle turns itself off after a few minutes.
It’s always good to get your mind off things, before you try to fall asleep. ;^)
