An ex-Department of Defense (DoD) official made some out-of-this-world claims about UFOs on Monday.
Christopher Mellon, a former deputy assistant secretary of defense for intelligence and Senate staffer, told NewsNation host Chris Cuomo that a congressional hearing scheduled for Wednesday provides an “opportunity” to better understand the issue from credible sources.

Planned by a House Oversight subcommittee, the hearing on unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs) is set to feature testimony from two former Navy pilots who claim to have witnessed mysterious flying objects that appear to defy the laws of physics while participating in training exercises.
Also announced as a witness was David Grusch, a U.S. military and intelligence veteran who has gone public with allegations about crafts of non-human origin being retrieved and kept from Congress.
Lending some credence to Grusch’s assertions about a cover-up, Mellon said he has been told that “we have recovered technology that did not originate on this earth by officials in the Department of Defense and by former intelligence officials,” some of whom he has referred “to the office that is undertaking this investigation.”
Mellon also said he expects Grusch “will provide some new information that we have not heard before” at the hearing, but he stressed that Grusch is limited by law in what he can reveal, including identifying intelligence personnel who may be involved in the matter.

Unfortunately for Greer at this point, he is a voice crying in the wilderness. He needs some other people of real (provable) significance to corroborate his stories.
Greer’s “friendly aliens” is an oversimplification of the issue.
Most researchers are convinced there are many species of aliens who have contacted individual humans throughout our history.
The categories range from:
—Overtly hostile—these are some of the Reptilians (the hostile ones are call Dracos) and other aliens they control or manipulate (which include many but not all the “greys”).
The abduction and medical experimentation of humans is generally hostile. These aliens treat us like we treat cattle—including as a food source at times.
—Secretly hostile but leave us alone if we leave them alone:
The “tall whites” discussed by Charles Hall and Ryan Musgrave-Evans fit this template. They have bases/dens here and do not venture out very often. They live in remote areas. However if they are approached and feel threatened they can get hostile. Hunters and dogs have been known to be injured or killed by these folks.
—Scientific curiosity/tourism/resource extraction/trade—this can be positive or negative or neutral depending on the exact circumstances. One example—landed craft can give off dangerous radiation—approaching or touching them has proven to be a bad idea—though no malice may be intended.
—Good aliens—include many of the “spiritual” beings who intervene in positive ways. Even in their case that may be at least partially out of self-interest.
3rd party hearsay is not admissable in court cases, but should be accepted on this issue because???
Yeah—Dolan is very “conservative” in his approach—though today there are a lot of folks claiming the “breakaway civilization” is real and that they have seen it with their own eyes.

I agree, But I believe over all the good ones are dominant over the others. But like you say, not just for our interests, their own are on the line too.
“The good ones are winning” is a common narrative in the UFO literature.
I am not convinced we have enough information to reach that conclusion.
Right now it seems to me like those who claim we remain an outpost of the Draco Empire have a stronger case.
Just to expand on why I take the negative view....
The top down secrecy/propaganda/lying all fit the Draco template for their subjects.
That seems to be increasing not decreasing.
What about 1st person witness testimony of a Navy pilot who is an F/A-18F Super Hornet Squadron Commander and a Top Gun grad, with such testimony corroborated by his Weapons Systems Officer in the back seat, his wingman, the radarmen onboard the carrier (USS Nimitz), and an Aegis-equipped destroyer (USS Princeton).
This is just one of MANY cases. This person will testify tomorrow in the hearing.
Be nice if the ET’s came down and took all the illegals, liberals and LGBTQRSTUVWXYZ crowd away.

The lone 1st person “witness”, Johan Fritz, claims to have been apart of the MKUltra super soildier program, when it ended before he was born. All the avialable references to John Fritz and what he discusses are circular references back to Johan Fritz in one way or another. All that you can learn or verify about Johan Fritz come singularly from Johan Fritz himself.

Let these folks chase a mystery if they want to. There's nothing sad about it.
What's sad is folks who want to pick at them because they are having fun...because they are interested in a mystery.

That is a different report than what the “former defense official” shared. What he shared he did not present cooborating evidence for. We are to take his credentials As more important than thAt eviddene.
UFO Hearing = Dark money
When SR71 was in the works so was a dark money plan sounds like another one is in the works.

There are others who claim to know him—but they were also in the “Program” so it is not likely you would find them credible either.
My sole point is there are real witnesses—lots of them actually—but their stories are hard to swallow—I get that.
I think most of them are telling the truth but I totally understand it when other folks find it hard to believe.
