At this point in time, genetic weapons are a real possibility. For example, target genetic dispositions such as eye color, hair color etc... it is not beyond near future technical capabilities.

I read a article years ago about how the Chinese were working on viruses that would kill Africans so they could come in and take the resources and repopulate with Chinese. I thought it was ridiculous back then now not so much.
