Those are “chicken fat clots” that can form post mortem. Here’s a PubMed paper whose 2007 date of publication spoils the fun of imagining it’s A Cause of Death from the Evil Clot Shot:

I’m not a doctor, but I scanned over the link you gave. Those clots were from different kinds of trauma - i.e, asphyxiation, drowning, blunt force injuries, electrocutions, burning, etc.
Plus, I looked at the photos. They’re nothing resembling what morticians and a few pathologists are showing.
