Dear Congress: Cut funding and cease all promotions until you get answers.

The new Senate UFO amendment in the NDAA turns the screws on the Pentagon re: funding if the Pentagon does not open up its files.

And it contains an "eminent domain" clause under which the government will take ownership of any "non-human" technology or intellectual property hidden by the DOD with independent contractors (to get it off the books and beyond the grasp of Congress and the American people).

We'll see if Congress can stick with their threats, but it looks like they are coming down hard on the DOD.
