Here in the U.S., Obergefell must fall... though I’m not 100% sure we have the votes to do that. Roberts dissented originally, but he’s wussy about precedent. Kav & Gorsuch can be wildcards.
Roberts wont do anything about Obergefell. Not sure about ACB or Kav. Neil Gorsuch is usually solid as long as the case has nothing to do with Native Americans.
