Summary only - desantis super pac neverbackdown is going to start hosting events and having a bus tour through Iowa.
desantis is suppose to be on the bus, and attending these events, in a clear violation of FEC guidelines that say there is to be no communications and co-ordination between candidates and super pacs.

The primary is OVER, why do you keep going on about DeSantis.

It’s very likely that literally everyone cheats on that rule, to one extent or another (burner phones or whatever). But it is very different to see it done so OPENLY. I can only think of two reasons he would do that:
1. He knows that no one will prosecute him, since the masters of our now-two-tier ‘justice system’ support what he’s doing.
2. He wants to get caught, as that would give him a way to leave the race, without having to otherwise withdraw due to the collapse in his support.
Yeah, there are some things they let people get away with, like if the super pac and the candidate appear at an event hosted by some other group....
But this is completely different.
I think team desantis is hoping no action gets taken until after the general election, and that they’ll just get a slap on the wrist..
But if desantis gets away with it, watch lots of other campaigns start doing it too, this election.
And the left has bigger donors to super pacs
