Since She's going there that tells me she's going to pull some punches like she did with European countries who didn't want to be a part of Ukraines war. Bidens certainly rubber stamped her visit with monetary ‘ammo’ to leverage against Africa if they don't comply and get on with supporting Ukraine and stop supporting Putin and Xi.

You’re right....and she’s been ‘furniture’ in Washington for decades...deep state in every way ...the muscle the Administration uses to bend the arms of resistant leaders around the world - especially regarding Ukraine since sh has personal reasons there.
