The growing season in the northern US and Canada is longer and extends farther north (if global warming is true).
Are farmers allowed to take advantage of that?
Or are EPA like rules on who, how and when they can till the soil preventing it?

It’s water management. Could California’s Central Valley fill the void?
If our water management was working no one would notice the government is doing it’s job. It just makes it easier for the left to look for other soft targets.
