The owner will pay half......but why should 99% of people living in the county that don’t use the stadium for any reason pay the other half?
The fans that buy tickets and swag should pay the other half.
OBTW, Lambeau field is 66 years old and I don’t hear the Packer fans bitching about it.

Apparently the spot for the first female coach in major American men’s professional sports to come out as gay is already taken? Likewise for non-American or amateur or women’s, or minor, or non-coach jobs, or etc. They’re running out of “firsts” to crow about. Pretty soon they’re going to have to conjure up a new grievance group to celebrate.
