Russia has used Cluster bombs and Phosphorous bombs since a long time already in Ukraine. About time Ukraine start using at least the cluster bombs as well!
The difference though, is that Ukraine will mostly use cluster bombs to eliminate Russian mine-fields and trenches ON UKRAINIAN LAND ! Russia though, use cluster bombes in Ukraine, NOT in Russia! You see the difference here?

Silent? First, I rarely comment on the Russian-Ukraine civil war other than that it is an internal matter not our concern and we should have never been involved and should not be spending resources. Further, I have not read that Russia was using cluster bombs.
