What we should be concerned with , first and foremost , is the victim here. No matter how much you like your nephew…and I’m sure he is a good person at heart…the victim isn’t your nephew. It’s a baby, a 3 year old toddler who was “grabbed by the throat” and forcible tongue kissed by the autistic man..nearly 20.
I simply don’t follow your (and several others in this thread) logic that because a human can be autistic it follows they can’t possibly be a pedophiliac. Perhaps if I’m wrong on this then a psychologist or MD could explain why. An autistic person has sex organs so it follows they have a sex drive which follows they have sexual preferences which may or may to be appropriate or legal.

You should educate yourself a bit on the mental levels involving autism. It will help you understand what is going on.
Autistic people do random weird stuff. He is mentally retarded. Raising many autistic kids is like raising a wild animal. Hopefully the 3 year old forgets about it. Unfortunate situation, but I would not jump to the conclusion that he is a pedophile
