Prince Harry and Meghan Markle denied ride home from Queen Elizabeth’s funeral on Air Force One: report

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were denied a request to hitch a ride back to the United States with the Bidens on Air Force One after Queen Elizabeth II’s state funeral in September.

The White House worried that such escorting the estranged royals back across the pond would cause a “commotion,” sources told the Daily Mail.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had been on the outs with the royal family following their bombshell 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey when the Queen died at age 96 on Sept. 8.

The couple had been in the United Kingdom for charity events at the time and remained in the country through her funeral on Sept. 19.

However, they were uninvited from a pre-funeral reception at Buckingham Palace, where other royals, including King Charles and Queen Camilla, Prince William and Kate Middleton, were welcomed alongside President Biden and first lady Jill Biden Jill and other world leaders.

I’m going to add to this and say that it’s likely that NO ONE outside of that family (with the exception of a psychiatrist or two) has a true understanding of the family dynamic.

Lots of people like to pretend that they are fully aware of the goings-on of the rich and famous (and there’s certainly plenty of media that try to sell us the “full story”).

I’m not curious. I won’t judge those who are, but I’m not.

In one of the great films about British royalty that have been released recently (can't recall which one) there's a scene where Churchill is talking about King Edwards's American girlfriend. Churchill says something like "I can't understand what he sees in her" and then advisor's response was something like "she's acquired certain skills..."

My hunch is that "Meghan" has somehow acquired similar skills during her life.

Benedict Arnold was an American Major General and sold the plans for West Point to the British.   He was vilified here3 and fled to the British while the British soldier who was his handler wasd captured and hanged by us.   The British Major André had so endeared himself honorably so much to our American captors and guards many weeped when he was hanged. The British made Benedict Arnold a Brigadier General but was despised by all of the British officers he came in contact with until his death.

And my analogy was very apt.   Prince Harry commited treason against Britain, their royal family carries on and we have contempt for a British traitor.

PS: I have the same contempt for his mother Princess Diana.   She didn't live up to her oath to support her Queen and Country, even though she was a Bloody Spencer related to the same family of the beloved Sir Winston Churchill.

Prince Harry did not sell military plans to the enemy in time of war...he left the royals and took up on social media.
