THAT question would be best answered by the good people of Kentucky. I’ve wondered the same question about the people of Delaware that kept “Joey the Sniff” in office for 50 years.

Q: Why can’t Republicans get rid of the Turtle?

A1: Voters that continues to believe (R)N(C) > (D)NC @ all costs (faux dichotomy)

A2: Cultish electorate that *loves* getting stabbed in the back, time after time while bitching-n-moaning nothing ever changes (the ‘hold your nose & pull the lever’ club)

‘Cuz party ‘obligation’ while going over the cliff @ 30MPH is SOOoo much better than going over @ 90MPH ‘cuz....reasons
