In America yes. If Customs intercepts and check the package from India they will seize it. They take anything that requires a prescription in the US is grabbable.

That’s true but they’re either too busy or too lazy to check most of the packages. LOTS of people I know have ordered and received prescription meds from India. That’s where most of us got our IVM. When you order whatever you want, just ask them to label the declaration “personal items” or “cosmetics”.
