So remember how the Irishmen screwed up the Delorean? Given a beautiful industrial opportunity and they just couldn’t stand it. Pizzed the whole thing into the wind. Don’t underestimate their ability to screw up their dairy industry.
For my own part, one wouldn’t want to show up at my place to tell me I had too many cows. First, I’d explain that I had too many bureaukratz. Various parts of my extended family have cows, and trees, by the thousands, and screwing with us would have a down side.
