At this time stamp, Dan Bongino says that Donald Trump "cant run for re-election. He's out". WTH?

Well, the 22nd Amendment states “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice” and since Trump legitimately won in 2016 AND 2020, he can’t be elected again. I fully expect Rat lawyers to argue that their theft of the office of POTUS doesn’t change the fact that Trump WAS “elected”.

Hopefully that was sarcasm.

From a constitutional standpoint, the Electoral College went to Biden.

Some may scoff at the notion but I'm convinced that if it looks like Trump is going to win in 2024, the Democrats will concede that Trump won the 2020 election after all and that therefore he is not eligible to run in 2024.

RINO Republicans will sit on their hands and let it all happen.

One possibility that no one discusses but might be the most likely is that a SS agent dropped the bag himself. The SS is notorious for being drunk on duty and other out of control events around the world, so what clears them of ‘malfeasance’?

By not telling us who’s coke it is, we all know exactly who’s coke it is....

The only people who are insulated from real consequences are Biden and his family. Anyone and everyone else is offered up to the altar of the MSM.

Not saying it IS saying IT IS HUNTER’S Coke.

Excellent illustration of gaslighting:
Stay composed. His statement suggests that Trump is only a minor concern since, if elected, he would be unable to seek re-election.

I took it to mean that the weight of all the indictments will bury Trump before the convention. There are a lot of GOP types hoping for that. Conservatives and independents are hoping he survives and is reelected.

We do need a plan B. DeSantis should follow Gavin Newsome and step aside unless Trump drops out. Suspend his campaign, but be ready to jump in if Trump drops out.

Newsome knows Biden is flawed but this will be a nasty fight with Trump. I suspect Newsome wants some separation from the disaster known as California before he goes National. Images of LA and San Fran would be in every political commercial. All the bizarre laws in Cali etc...

DeSantis has the opposite problem. He is running against the odds on favorite and has to survive being battered by Trump until the convention. He would be a weakened candidate if he were nominated because Trump dropped out. If he temporarily suspends his campaign to focus on issues in Florida, he stops being a target for Trump. I would meet with Trump and his team, agree to support Trump if he is the nominee in return Trump agrees to support him if Trump is forced to drop out. In politics, time is measured in dog years. The Convention is a little more than a year out, that is a long time in dog years. A lot can happen. But this fighting between Trump and DeSantis could end up giving us a Pence/Christie ticket. God forbid.

I think it is possible Newsome understands all this. If Newsome runs against Biden and Biden's record, they could weaken each other. You end up with a Harris as the candidate. I am willing to bet the farm, Newsome is ready to jump in against Harris tomorrow if Biden bows out today.

Except for Trump. I think Trump is the only person Biden could beat. Too much baggage.

?“Twice” meant twice in a row.

No, twice means twice, regardless of when the two terms are served.

The only exception to the two term rule is if someone takes over mid-term for another President with less than half of the term left. In that case the person is still eligible for two full terms, but nowhere does it say that the terms must be served consecutively.

If someone took over another President's term with more than half of the term left, then they are only eligible to serve one more term.

So the maximum one person could potentially serve as president is 10 years minus one day, and the minimum they could be allowed to serve is 6 years plus one day.
