A remarkable read.
2 years ago we were driving from Denver to Phoenix to visit east coast childhood friends who were house sitting for their son. We stopped at Painted Desert and I found a spot that was so calming it brought me to tears. I could feel the stress leaving my body like draining a container. I wish I could find a spot closer to home like that. The people I can tell understand. The ones I do not tell is because I do not think they would understand.
Ofc most people do not think I am an HSP and an introvert so.....
