As a former producer, I take for granted that, because actors and crew are staffed by department heads, that there will be a certain percentage of grips and electricians with booze or weed on their breaths, narcissistic homosexual actors, and closeted Christian conservatives. All I can do is walk the set and hope that everyone moves swiftly and safely without drama. The rare virtue signalers with buttons, hats, and tees made my job easier because I could remember them and eliminate them from future shoots. They tended to be the toxic whiners
